The name
A name that means something
Audacia
Audacia means “daring” in Italian and Spanish.
AUD
Its first three letters, AUD, are also the first letters of my name, Audrey.
Purple and gold
Two colours I've always loved. To me, they evoke depth, warmth and precious moments.
The butterfly
It stands for transformation and freedom: leaving the cocoon, spreading your wings and daring to take flight.
That freedom can take many forms: travelling solo for the first time, exploring a country that intrigues you, giving yourself a real break or finally taking the trip you've been talking about for years.

Before you leave
We listen first, then suggest. You get options chosen for you, not a list of packages.
During your trip
An unexpected event, a changed flight, a room that isn't what you booked? Write to us and we'll take care of it.
After you return
We contact you 1 to 2 days after you get back to hear how it went. Not to sell you the next trip, but to listen.
If something goes wrong
We prepare and follow up on your claims with suppliers on your behalf, from start to finish.

I stand up for your rights
In nearly two years, I've organized more than 700 trips. I've also supported my clients through strikes, hurricanes, problems at their destination, flight delays and cancellations.
I looked for solutions, prepared claims and kept following up. So far, every time compensation was justified in a file I defended, I obtained it for my clients. And I'm proud of that.
Justice has always been a strong value for me. In my work, that means taking your situation seriously and persevering to help you get what you're entitled to.

How I advise you
I spent 8 years at hotel front desks. I saw travellers arrive full of expectations, and I learned very quickly what makes a stay a success… or not.
Before suggesting anything, I want to know how you travel: early riser or sleeping in, buffet or à la carte, quiet beach or lively atmosphere. If a hotel isn't worth its price, I'll tell you. And when you get back, I want to hear how it went.
